基于OKR模式下的企业绩效管理研究

摘要 目标与关键成果法(OKR)是企业在适应动态变化环境的长期实践中总结提炼出来的管理方法,该方法汲取了目标管理的目标引导、促进员工参与和沟通、关键绩效指标的设定和聚焦的思想,给组织领导者开拓了新的管理思路。文章研究了OKR这一绩效管理工具,介绍其本质特征、理念与内涵、与传统目标考核方法的区别;接着对OKR视角下的企业绩效管理模式进行了探讨,提出了OKR应用框架与适用范围,并对如何根据企业自身实际的情况,应用OKR工具提出了思路,以期为企业绩效管理路径与效果的提升提供参考。 Objective and key achievement method(OKR)is a management method summarized and refined by enterprises in their long-term practice of adapting to the dynaric environment.This method absorbs the ideas of goal guidance,promoting employee participation and com munication,setting and focusing key performance indicators of goal management,and opens up new management ideas for organization leaders.This paper studies OKR,a performance management tool,and introduces its essential characteristics,ideas and connotation,and the difference from traditional target assessment methods.Then it discusses the enterprise performance management mode from the perspective of OKR,puts forward the application framework and scope of OKR,and puts forward ideas on how to apply OKR tools according to the actual situation of the enterprise,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the path and effect of enterprise perfor mance management.
