制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响研究——基于面板门槛效应模型

The impact of manufacturing agglomeration on Green Innovation Efficiency:Based on panel threshold effect model

在我国经济由高速发展转向高质量发展的今天,绿色创新效率成为衡量地区经济发展的重要指标,制造业集聚作为地方产业发展的重要模式,对绿色创新效率的影响不容忽视。本文采用全国30个省市2008—2017年的面板数据,运用门槛效应模型从全国层面和地区层面分析了制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响。结果显示,制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响存在门槛效应,全国层面制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的影响呈现"U"形,东部地区的制造业集聚对绿色创新效率影响为倒"U"形,到达较高的集聚门槛值后,制造业集聚的提升反向抑制绿色创新效率,有一定的集聚度提升瓶颈;中部地区制造业集聚对绿色创新效率影响存在反向抑制作用,且随着集聚度的提升,抑制作用进一步提升;西部地区制造业集聚对绿色创新效率显著正向影响,且随着集聚度的提升,促进作用进一步提升。因此本文建议各区域政府应该根据当地的制造业集聚对绿色创新效率的门槛效应情况因地制宜,制定差异化的政策促进当地绿色创新效率的提升。

Today,China’s economy has changed from high-speed development to highquality development.Green innovation efficiency has become an important indicator to measure regional economic development.As an important mode of local industrial development,manufacturing agglomeration has an important impact on green innovation efficiency.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities from 2008 to 2017,this paper analyzes the impact of manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency from the national level and regional level by using the threshold effect model.The results show that the impact of manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency has a threshold effect.The impact of manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency at the national level presents a"U"shape.The impact of manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency in the eastern region is inverted"U".After reaching a higher threshold value,the improvement of manufacturing agglomeration reversely inhibits the efficiency of green innovation,and has a certain degree of agglomeration The results show that the impact of manufacturing agglomeration in Central China on green innovation efficiency has a reverse inhibitory effect,and with the increase of agglomeration degree,the inhibition effect is further enhanced;the manufacturing agglomeration in Western China has a significant positive impact on green innovation efficiency,and the promotion effect is further enhanced with the increase of agglomeration degree.Therefore,this paper suggests that regional governments should formulate differentiated policies to promote the efficiency of local green innovation according to the threshold effect of local manufacturing agglomeration on green innovation efficiency.
