技术市场交易视角下的上海技术成果转移和扩散研究

Research On Transfer and Diffusion of Technology Achievements in Shanghai From the Perspective of Technology Market Transaction

本文从技术市场交易的角度分析了上海的技术成果在中国的转移扩散情况,选取2009-2016年中国省际面板数据,以上海输出转移到中国其他省市的技术合同金额代表上海技术成果在我国的转移和扩散水平,实证研究了是哪些因素影响了上海的技术成果向其他地区的转移和扩散。研究发现,上海是我国主要的技术输出地区,上海的技术成果转移和扩散主要集中于本地、北京、长三角地区和广东等发达地区;技术交易的活跃度和科技投入水平对区域吸纳上海输出的技术有显著的影响,经济发展水平和地理位置因素对我国区域吸纳上海输出的技术的影响不显著。

Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2009 to 2016,taking the amount of technology contract transferred from Shanghai to other provinces and cities in China as the representative of the transfer and diffusion level of technology originating from Shanghai,the paper analyzes the transfer and diffusion of technology originating from Shanghai in China from the perspective of technology market transaction.It empirically studies what factors affect the transfer and diffusion of technology from Shanghai to other regions.The results show that Shanghai is the main technology export region in China,and the technology transfer and diffusion from Shanghai are mainly concentrated in Beijing,Yangtze River Delta region and Guangdong and other developed regions.The influence of location factors on China’s regional adoption of Shanghai’s output is not significant.The activity of technology transaction and the level of science and technology input have a significant impact on the technology that the region absorbs Shanghai’s export,while the economic development level and geographical location have no significant impact.
