近年来,随着全球各方对环境问题的广泛关注,学术界对于绿色金融的研究也日益升温。本文就国内外学者近年来绿色金融研究的关键领域进行了相关文献观点的归纳总结与综合评述。绿色金融研究的关键领域主要涉及绿色金融对社会经济效益的影响、绿色金融工具的开发定价与风险评估体系、推动及实施绿色金融的战略性研究,以及绿色金融市场化参与者的驱动力和障碍研究等四个方面。已有绿色金融研究基于不同角度为绿色金融的后续研究、发展实践、政府与企业相关战略制定积累了丰富的研究资料,奠定了坚实的基础,但仍有进一步探讨、发展或突破的空间有待完善与提升。

In recent years,with the worldwide attention to environmental issues,the research on green finance in academic circles is also increasing.This paper gives the summarizes and comments on the key areas of green finance research in recent years.The key areas of green finance research mainly involve the impact of Green Finance on social and economic benefits,the development and pricing of green financial instruments and risk assessment system,the strategic research of promoting and implementing green finance,and the driving force and obstacles of participants in green financial market.The existing research on green finance has accumulated abundant research materials for the follow-up research,development practice and the formulation of relevant strategies between government and enterprises based on different perspectives.It has laid a solid foundation,but there is still room for further exploration,development or breakthrough.
