超声引导置管引流治疗华法林导致肾盂血肿1例

摘要 1临床资料患者女,84岁。因“尿频、尿急10 d,肉眼血尿2 d”入院。患者既往循环缺血病史2年,服用阿托伐他汀钙20 mg/d;心律失常、心房颤动病史3年,服用华法林3 mg/d;帕金森病史12年,服用美多巴、盐酸苯海索治疗。实验室检查:血常规、肝功能未见异常;国际标准化比值(INR)为7.41;尿常规检查示:隐血(+++),红细胞计数55325/μL。
