银行机构续贷表现特征及影响因素分析——以吉安市为例

Analysis on Performance Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Refinancing of Banking Institutions A case of Ji’an City

续贷是指银行机构向原借款人发放新的贷款用于归还原有到期贷款,新发放的贷款金额不得超过原有贷款金额。然而,当前一些地方银行机构"一刀切"式地收紧续贷标准,增加企业续贷次数,虽然一定程度上规范和限制了企业融资行为,但同时也制约了银行信贷资金对鼓励企业扩张和创新的作用,最终影响企业的发展、转型和升级。本文通过对吉安市辖内11家银行机构近五年来不同的续贷次数、金额、增幅情况进行统计,分析判断续贷面临的次数加速化、领域集中化、机构扩散化的发展趋势,以及存在的延长贷款期限、部分本金还款、提供过桥资金、设立转贷基金等主要表现特征。在深入调查的基础上,对续贷影响因素进行系统分析,并发现银行机构在办理续贷业务过程中面临的主要障碍,以期有针对性地提出相关对策建议。

Refinancing means that borrowers of a banking institution are issued new loans from this banking institution to repay their original expired loans to this banking institution,and the amount of new loans cannot exceed the amount of original loans.However,nowadays,some local banking institutions adopt“one-size-fits-all”approaches to tightening refinancing standards and increasing refinancing frequency of enterprises.Although,to a certain extent,corporations financing behaviours are limited and regulated by such approaches,functions of bank credit capital to encourage expansion and innovation of companies are also restricted,which ultimately affects development,transformation and update of corporations.This article counts the different refinancing frequency,figures and growth situation of 11 banking institutions in recent five years in the jurisdiction of Ji’an City,analysing and judging the refinancing development tendency of accelerated frequency,concentrated fields and diffused institutions.Exiting main performance characteristics of refinancing including expanding loan terms,partial repayment of principal,offering bridge funds and establishing on-lending funds are also mentioned in this article.Through deeply investigating,this article systematically analyses influencing factors of refinancing and points out main obstacles that banking institutions face in the process of handling refinancing business,with a view to proposing relevant countermeasures.
