“一带一盟”视域下中俄产能合作现状、问题及对策建议

Current situation,problems and suggestions path of capacity cooperation between China and Russia from the perspective of “one belt one alliance”

随着"一带一盟"对接合作的深入展开,中俄产能合作步伐快速推进,合作规模不断扩大,合作成效逐步凸显。但由于双方产能合作机制尚未建立、合作环境有待优化、企业竞争力较弱、合作园区建设步伐滞后及技术服务标准存有差异,中俄产能合作依然面临问题。对此,双方应建立健全产能合作机制,积极转变产能合作理念,进一步强化合作园区产能集聚功能,有效探索产融结合新模式,逐步优化合作标准选择。

With the in-depth development of "one belt one alliance" docking cooperation,the pace of Sino-Russia production capacity cooperation has been rapidly quickened,the scale of cooperation has been expanding,and the cooperation results have been gradually highlighted.However,the Sino-Russia production capacity cooperation mechanism has not yet been established,the cooperation environment needs to be optimized,the competitiveness of enterprises is weak,the pace of cooperation park construction is lagging,and there are differences in technical service standards,production capacity cooperation between the two sides still faces problems.In this regard,the two parties should establish and improve the capacity cooperation mechanism,actively change the concept of capacity cooperation,further strengthen the capacity gathering function of cooperation parks,effectively explore a new mode of industry finance integration,and gradually optimize the selection of cooperation standards.
