Global Innovation Index system and Its Enlightenment to China——A Study Based on Global Innovation Index

全球创新指数(GII)①在创新领域已经成为世界公认、可信赖的评价指标。本文在全面分析全球创新发展情况的基础上,深入分析中国的创新发展情况,发现中国近几年在创新领域发展迅速,尤其是在研究人员、专利申请等领域全球领先,但与此同时,也看到了中国创新发展存在的不足,创新指数显示中国在吸引高端人才、支持中小企业、吸引海外资金等方面需要进一步加强,这些劣势指标也为我国创新的进一步发展指明了方向。瑞士连续9年蝉联世界创新强国之最,这与其高校、科研机构、企业以及政府形成了高效而完善的创新体系密不可分。基于此,在借鉴创新强国的经验基础上,提出我国应改进的对策建议,激发我国整体创新活力。

Global Innovation Index(GII) In the field of innovation has become a worldrecognized and reliable evaluation index.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the global innovation development situation,this article analyzes China’s innovation development situation in depth,and finds that China has developed rapidly in the field of innovation in recent years,especially in the fields of researchers and patent applications.At the same time,we also saw the shortcomings of China’s innovation development.The innovation index shows that China needs to be further strengthened in attracting high-end talents,supporting small and medium-sized enterprises,and attracting overseas funds.These disadvantage indicators also indicate the direction for the further development of China’s innovation.Switzerland has been ranked as the world’s most innovative power for nine consecutive years.This is inseparable from the formation of an efficient and perfect innovation system by its universities,scientific research institutions,enterprises and the government.Based on this,on the basis of learning from the experience of an innovative power,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to stimulate my country’s overall innovation vitality.
