我国对“一带一路”沿线主要国家投资的影响因素研究

Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Chinese Investment For The Countries Maily Along The “One Belt,One Road”

"一带一路"倡议实施至今已有7年。这一倡议是否有效促进我国投资向西走出去,是否切实落实构建命运共同体这一构想,未来合作应以哪些因素为抓手成为当前值得关注的问题。本文重点对比2013年前后,影响我国对"一带一路"沿线主要国家投资流量的因素和变化,研究得出东道国的经济增长水平不再是影响投资流量的显著因素,"一带一路"旨在构建全球包容性发展框架。但东道国的社会稳定程度、外债偿债压力及跨境支付便利度是影响我国对外投资可持续增长的重要因素。

The"one belt,one road"initiative has been implemented for 7 years.Whether this initiative can effectively promote China’s investment to go out to the west,whether it can implement the idea of building a community of common destiny,and what factors should be taken as the starting point in future cooperation have become the current issues worthy of attention.This paper mainly found the key factor that affects the investment volume of the main countries along the"one belt"road in 2013.The conclusion is that the economic growth level of the host country is no longer a significant factor affecting the investment flow.However,the degree of social stability of the host country,the pressure of foreign debts and the convenience of cross-border payment are important factors affecting the sustainability of China’s foreign investment.
