“一带一路”沿线区域投资便利化水平测度与评价——基于18省(市)的数据分析

The Measure and Evaluation on Level of Investment Facilitation of “One Belt One Road” Area Based on Date Analysis of the Eighteen Provinces

"一带一路"战略框架下,着力提升投资贸易便利化水平,拓展贸易投资领域,深挖开放经济潜力,而投资便利化作为重要组成部分,对新常态下我国稳增长、调结构的经济布局具有重要战略意义。为此,本文构建一套指标体系,测算我国"一带一路"沿线18省(市)的投资便利化水平,发现:各省(市)投资便利化水平普遍偏低,提升空间较大;投资便利化水平区域差异明显,东部地区优势突出;经济环境对投资便利化影响较大,金融服务的影响并不突出。在此基础上,文章提出提升区域投资便利化水平的对策建议。

Under the framework of the"the belt and road initiative"strategy,we should strive to promote the level of investment and trade facilitation,expand the field of trade and investment,and dig deeper into the potential of open economy.Among them,investment facilitation has great strategic significance to the stable growth and structural adjustment of our country’s economy under the new normal.For this,this paper calculates the investment facilitation level of 18 provinces along the"one belt and one road"by setting an index system.We find that the level of investment facilitation in all provinces is generally low,and there is much space for improvement.The level of investment facilitation has obvious regional differences,and the eastern region has prominent advantages.Economic environment has a greater impact on investment facilitation,while financial services have a less prominent impact.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of investment facilitation.
