本文对40侧尺神经手背支进行了解剖和观察,其长度为52.80±1.88毫米,其起始处、穿离尺侧腕屈肌腱尺侧缘处、分为指背神经处的宽度分别为2.05±0.04毫米、1.99±0.05毫米、1.94±0.04毫米,厚度分别为0.81±0.04毫米、0.76±0.04毫米、0.74±0.04毫米,神经束的数目分别为2.68±0.08条、2.60±0.09条、2.15±0.07条。营养动脉主要来自尺动脉和尺动脉发出的尺侧腕屈肌动脉,其支数平均为1.67条,长度为6.59±0.36毫米、外径为0.16±0.05毫米,来源动脉的长度为8.81±0.60毫米、外径为0.32±0.03毫米。

In 20 adult cadavers,the origin,position,projection,length,external diameters,funicular numbers,the nutrient arteries and its source arteries of the dorsal branches of the ulnar nerve(N=40)were observated and measured,The chiefly results are as follows:The length,funicular numbers average 52.80±1.88 mm and 3 respectively The numbers,length,external diameters of the nutrient arteriies are 1.67,6.59±0.36mm.0.16±0.05mm respectively The length,external diameters of the source arteries are 8.84±0.45 mm,0.32±0.32 mm respectively.
