摘要 用HRP逆行标记法研究了猫胆总管的植物性神经支配。胆总管的交感节后神经元位于腹腔神经节和双侧T_(6)—L_(2)节段椎旁交感神经节,但以腹腔节多见(占88%)。腹腔节内的标记细胞以右侧半为多,并有明显集中趋势;椎旁节内的标记细胞变以右侧占优势(占72)。胆总管的付交感节前神经元位于双侧迷走神经背核,平闩稍上方高度较为集中。 The innervation of the autonomic nerve in the common bileduct of the 16 cats was studied by the method of HRP retrograde labeling.The results showed that the sympathetic postganglion neurons innervatting the common biledact are located in celiac ganglion(88%)and bilateral paravertebral ganglia(12%)at the level of T_(6)-L_(2).The results also indicate that the parasympathetic preganglion neurons innervating the common bileduct are located in the bilateral dorsal nuclei of vagus nerve,in the ventrolateral part of which more labeled cells are seen,with more ones concentrated at the level of a little higher than the obex.
