胎儿期晶状体囊血管的发育

PRENATAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE VASCULATURE OF THE LENS CAPSULE

本文研究了50例胎儿(胎龄第14周一足月)晶状体囊前、后面血管分布情况和发育规律。在晶状体囊后面有玻璃体动脉的分支吻合成血管网,并从血管网发出小支呈辐射状绕中纬线至晶状体前面。玻璃体动脉的分支在胚胎第19周起减少,第29~31周在部分胚胎的玻璃体动脉及其分支已完全消失,至第32周以后则完全消失。晶状体囊前面的血管来自虹膜内的小血管,在瞳孔膜内相互吻合成袢状,并与来自后面的血管之间存在吻合。晶状体囊前面的血管在第31周仅残存1~2支,至第32周以后则完全消失。

The distribution of the vessels and the development of the lens capsule were observed in the 50 human fetus(14 th week—maturity of fetal age).The hyaloid artery gives off numberous branches and anastomose each other to form a vascular network over the posterior vascular capsule.From the vascular net,the ramifications are radiated around the equator of the lens and proceed anteriorly to the front of the lens.The branches of the hyaloid artery is decreased in number after the 19th week of fetal life.In a few cases,the hyaloid artery and and its rami are completely disappear at 29th--31st week of fetal age.But most of them are completely disappear after the 32nd week of stage.At the anterior surface of the lens,the arteries arising from the vessels within the iris,they are pass into the pupillary membrane and anastomose each other.The vessels of the anterior surface of the lens only has 1-2 branches remnant at 31 st week of stage.After the 32 nd week of stage,all the remainder are disappeared.
