PHA对新生儿脐血淋巴细胞酸性非特异性酯酶反应类型的影响

EFFECT OF PHYTOHAEMAGGLUTININ STIMULATION ON THE ANAE REACTIVE PATTERNS OF LYMPHOCYTES IN UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD

共检测新生儿脐血67例,分别以直接涂片、加和不加PHA培养72小时后的涂片,观察淋巴细胞ANAE反应类型及其亚型的变化。结果证明未培养组淋巴细胞主要为圆点状颗粒型,不见或少见散在颗粒型细胞。未加PHA培养组散在颗粒型细胞明显增加,而加PHA培养组则增加更为显著。对两类亚型作了进一步观察比较,并对这些变化的意义进行了讨论。

We observed the changes of ANAE reactive patterns of lymphocytes in umbilical cord blood from 67 cases.It was comfirmed that lymphocytes predominantly showed 1-2 dot-like granule reactive pattern,and no or a few scattered granule reactive lymphocytes were found.On the contrary,the latter increased when the lymphocytes were cultured.This increase was more marked if PHA was employed in the culture fluid.These changes occurred chiefly in monocyte-like diffuse reactive pattern cells.
