腓浅神经的显微外科解剖

THE MICROSURGICAL ANATOMY OF THE SUPERFICIAL PERONEAL NERVES

本文在25具(男14,女11)专供研究用的中国成人尸体上对50例腓浅神经进行了研究,主要结果是:腓浅神经分三种类型,其中以I型出现38例(76.00±6.04%),Ⅱ型8例(16.00±5.18%),Ⅲ型4例(8.00±3.84%)。腓浅神经长度和起始处宽、原度分别为206.40±13.19和2.86±0.08、1.76±0.07毫米。腓浅神经皮支长度和起始处宽、厚度分别为199.95±7.35和2.02±0.08、1.11±0.06毫米。足背内侧皮神经长度和宽、厚度为110.24±13.58和2.41±0.13、0.96±0.05毫米;足背中间皮神经长度和宽厚度为108.61±12.50和1.86±0.10、0.76±0.04毫米。腓浅神经皮支是一理想的皮神经移植供体,必要时还可选用足背内侧皮神经或足背中间皮神经。

The superficial peroneal nerves and its branches(the medial and intermediate dorsal cutaneous nerves)of 25 adult fresh cadavers were studied.The average lengths of the cutaneous branches of the nerves,the medial and intermediate dorsal cutaneous nerves are 199.957.35 mm.,110.2413.58 mm.and 108.6112.50 mm respectively.Their numbers of the funiculi are constant.The cutaneous branch of the superficial peroneal nerve is an suitable choice for grafting.
