摘要
本文对15例4~6月的人胚腮腺进行了形态学和酶组织化学[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及其同工酶、非特异性酸性酯酶(NAE)和β-葡萄糖苷酸酶(β-GA)]的观察。结果表明:该时期人胚腮腺上皮细胞已分化成许多小管(tubules)和端泡(terminal bulbs,TB),腔内含有中性粘多糖,在部分标本中可见到酸性粘多糖也开始分泌;上皮细胞内含有丰富的LDH,并以H型同工酶为主,部分标本中上皮细胞内开始出现NAE和β-GA。本研究为了解人胚腮腺的形态与功能提供了一些参考资料。
The general morphology of 15 human embryonic parotid salivary glands(4-6 months)was investigated by H.E,PAS(periodic acid Schiff′s reaction)and AB(Alcian blue)stain,and the histochemical studies of the LDH(lactic dehydrogenase)and its isozymes,NAE(nonspesific acid esterase)and β-GA(β-glucuronidase)were also carried out.The results showed:The tubules and terminal bubls(TB)could be recognized generally in these parotid glands.PAS positive reaction was found in the lumina of tubules and TB,howerer AB stain was found to be positive only in a few samples;Strong activity of LDH,mainly activity of H type isozyme,was showed in the epithelia of tubules and TB,β-GA and NAE activities were demonstrated in the epithelia of some parotid glands.
