摘要
本文用免疫组织化学的方法,对大白鼠胃幽门部的D细胞进行研究,结果表明生长抑素免疫活性在胞浆中为阳性。D细胞多是梭形或蝌蚪形,分布在胃幽门腺体基底端的1/3。
By using Sternberger′s(1970)immunohistochemical method,The D-cells of pylorus in male rat were investigated.It was found that the somatostatin-like immunoreactivity was present in the cytoplasm of D-cells.The shapes of D-cell in rat pylorus were different but the figures of spindle and tadpole type were more frequently demonstrated.The distribution of D-cell in pylorus usually was at distal third end of pyloric gland.
