铜对雄鼠性腺轴主要器官细胞学影响

EFFECT OR COPPER ON THE CYTOLOGY OF HYPOTHALAMO-PITUITO-SEXUAL AXON

在雄大鼠,注铜粉蓖麻油混悬液于附睾头165天后,取下丘脑、垂体、睾丸和附睾,常规固定包埋染色(包括HE、PAS和硫堇染色),光镜观察。结果表明,大部分曲细精管已受损,管腔内见大量脱落细胞,主要是精母细胞或精子细胞,偶见精原细胞、保育细胞和多核巨细胞。上述损伤细胞可见核变性或固缩成各种不规则形状。对照组无明显改变。下丘脑和垂体两组也未见明显异常。结果表明附睾头注铜抗生育作用仅限于性腺轴低水平器官。

In male rats,165 days after the injection of the copper powder in castor oil the caput epididymidis.the hypothalamus,pituitary,testis and epididymis were routinely fixed,embeded and stained hematoxoylin-eosin,PAS and thionin,and examined under high microscope.Results indicated that most of the seminiferous tubules were damaged.A lot of exfoliated spermatids and/or spermatocytes,and occasionally spermatogonia,sertoli cells and multinucleated giant cells appeared in the lumen of the nuclei,with degeneration,pyknosis and change in shape of the nuclei,nothing particular was seen in the contral animals.No significant change was found in the morphology of the hypothalamus and pituitary in both groups.
