摘要
本文用MPV-2型显微分光光度计,对100只五个年龄组健康大鼠的鼻咽上皮的G6PDH产生的NADPH在第Ⅰ和Ⅱ途径代谢进行了原位定量组织化学研究,绘制了此二途径的发育线图。并用电镜细胞化学方法在13只成年大鼠观察了G6DH的亚细胞分布规律。文中对第Ⅰ和Ⅱ途径的代谢特点和功能意义进行了讨论。
The metabolism of pathway land II(hydrogen from)NADPH generatad by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PDH)in the nasopharyngeal epithelia of 100 postnatal rats in five age groups was studied histochemically.On the basis of the relatively quantitative data gained from the measurement of the final reaction product with MPV-2 microspectrometry,the developing curves of the two pathways were dapicted.In order to probe into the functions of the two pathways,the subcellular localization of G 6 PDH and NADPH diaphorase acitivity was also observed with electron microscope cytochemistry.
