丙酸睾丸酮的抗生育研究

THE STUDY OF ANTIFERTILITY OF TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE

本文研究了丙酸睾丸酮对人早期胎盘的绒毛、蜕膜及大鼠的胎盘、脑垂体、卵巢的影响。实验结果表明药物对人与大鼠胎盘组织均有损伤,体外培养实验提示药物有直接损伤绒毛及蜕膜组织的作用。丙酸睾丸酮对大鼠脑垂体促性腺激素细胞无明显的影响。卵巢内部分黄体出现结缔组织增生,黄体细胞变小。

The effect of testosterone propionate upon human placenta,and the pituitary,ovary,placenta of rat were studied.It was found that the human and rat placenta were damages by drug.The results of villi and decidula in culture with drug showed that the testosterone propionate had a direct effect on placenta.There are no prominent changes in gonadotroph cells of pituitary between experimental and normal rats.In the experimental rats,some corpus lutea of ovary exhibited the connective tissue increased.
