不锈钢宫内节育环对子宫内膜影响的组织化学观察

HISTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT OF IUD ON THE HUMAN ENDOMETRIUM

本文对32例妇女子宫内膜,其中放环内膜24例,正常周期对照内膜8例,进行了琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性和碱性磷酸酶,硫胺素焦磷酸酶、葡萄糖6磷酸酶、粘多糖和糖原的组织化学观察。结果表明,多数例放环内膜酶活性,都低于同期对照内膜,糖原含量减少。少数例在增殖期酸性磷酸酶活性增高,糖原增多,并出现顶浆分泌泡。这些变化提示放环内膜周期变化推迟或提前,破坏了与孕卵发育的同步,改变了孕卵着床的最适宜环境和条件,这可能是节育环避孕机制之一。

32 cases of women endometrial biopsies,in which 24 cases had used IUD for 1-20 years or more and 8 cases with normal menstrual cycle were used as control,were studied by means of histochemical methods.As compared with control,the activities of succinic dehydrogenase,alkaline phosphatase.thiamine pyrophosphatase,glucose-6-phosphatase more or less decreased and the amount of glycogen in the secretory phase reduced in most of the endometria of IUD users.In contrast,the activity of acid phosphatase in most of IUD groups in the proliferative phase was higher than control.The results suggest that the endometrial development in IUD users showed delay or advance.
