体外培养滑膜细胞形态学和吞噬作用的观察

THE MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURE AND HRP UPTAKING ACTIVITY OF THE SYNOVIAL CELLS IN TISSUE CULTURE

用关节腔穿刺酶消化法和滑膜组织块种植法,分别对狗膝关节和大白鼠颞下颌关节的滑膜进行培养。作了活细胞观察;H-E、Giemsa染色及HRP摄取试验,进行光镜和电镜观察。体外培养滑膜细胞在形态上不能分型。HRP摄取试验显示滑膜细胞具有吞噬活性,似可作为体外培养滑膜细胞的分类依据.

Synovial cells taking from the knee joint of dogs and the temporomandibular joint of rats are studied in tissue culture.Both intra-articular trypsin digestion method and direct synovium transplantation method are used.HE stain,Giemsa stain and HRP uptaking test are performed.The morphological feature of living cells,their microstructure and ultrastructure are observed.In culture,the synovial cells can not be well discerned into different types.The HRP uptaking test may provide some information for classification of the synovial cells into two main categories,in tissue culture.
