服棉酚后久未恢复者睾丸微细结构观察——对棉酚抗生育可逆性的探讨

REVERSIBILITY OF ANTIFERTILITY ON GOSSYPOL:FINE STRUCTURAL OBSERVATION IN HUMAN TESTIS

本研究观察服用棉酚1560~5280毫克,停药2.5~6年多尚未恢复的志愿者睾丸活检6例,正常2例。光镜下睾丸结构损伤分:精原细胞减少(1例),仅见支持细胞(3例),混合性(2例)等三型,均属严重损伤。电镜下除生精细胞受损外,值得注意是支持细胞滑面内质网明显扩张,线粒体空化;基膜及血管壁增厚。结果表明这些服药者生精功能恢复困难。对其原因作了讨论。

The reversibility of antifertility is observed by testicular biopsies on 6 cases with gossypol treatment to a total dosege of 1560 to 5280 mg and stopping medication for 2(1/2)to more than 6 years respectively.Observed by LM,structural damages of testes may be classifed into 3 types:(1)less of spermatogonia(1 case),(2)Setorli cells only(3 cases),and(3)mixed type(2 cases).Testicular damages in all cases are serious.It is worth notice that except the alteration4of germinal cells,there are proximatly SER dilatation and mitochondrial vacuolation in Setorli cells as well as thickened basiment membrane etc,under the examination of EM,
