滑膜内衬细胞的超微结构

ELECTRON MICROSCOPY OF THE SYNOVIAL LINING CELLS OF FIVE MAMMALIAN SPECIES

观察了五种哺乳动物及人的滑膜内衬细胞的超微结构。滑膜内衬由1~3层细胞组成,主要是A型细胞和B型细胞二种类型,也有少数介于这二种类型的中间形态的AB型细胞。讨论了分型的依据和各类细胞的功能意义,以及不同种动物内衬细胞的差异。

The ultrastructure of the synovial lining cells was studied in rats,mice,rabbits,dogs and monkeys.Four joints of each animal,i.e.the temporomandibular,shoulder,hip and knee joints,have been used for examination.Besides,a human synovial specimen without a history of any joint disease collected in operation was also used.
