腹股沟淋巴结与下肢淋巴管的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE INGUINAL LYMPH NODES AND THE LYMPH VESSELS OF THE LOWER LIMB

本文对50例腹股沟淋巴结与20侧下肢淋巴管进行了观察。腹股沟淋巴结分腹股沟浅淋巴结和腹股沟深淋巴结。前者常见为9—11个,沿浅静脉排列或位于其间;后者多见为2个,沿股血管周围排列。其中股环淋巴结出现率较高,占66%;其次为隐股角淋巴结,占56%;位于股血管外侧、内侧和前方者少见,各占26%、16%和6%。下肢浅淋巴管在足背形成淋巴管网,集合淋巴管沿主要浅静脉向上,其间吻合支逐渐减少,达大腿前内侧多呈干线。下肢深集合淋巴管沿深部血管上升,环绕股血管互连成淋巴管丛。在浅、深淋巴管之间,有吻合支互相交通。

The inguinal lymph nodes in 50 cadavers and the lymph vessels of the lower limb in 20 specimens were observed.The inguinal lymph nodes are devided into 2 groups:a superficial and a deep ones.The superficicl inguinal nodes,usually 9-11 in nnmber,lie along or between the superficial veins.The deep inguinal lymph nodes.usually 2 in number,lie along the femoral vessels.The node in the femoral ring was found in 66%,the node below the saphenofemoral junction in 56%,the lateral femoral in 26%,the medial femoral in 16%,and the pre-femoral in 6%.The suderficial lymph vessels of the lower limb arise from the lymph vessels beneath the skin on the dorsum of the foot,where they form the lymphatic nets.The collecting lymph Aessels,ascending alongside the chief superficial vein,gradually decrease the anastomotic branches and mostly become the trunk lines in the antero-medial side of the thigh.The collecting deep lymph vessels,ascending alongside the deep vessels,interconnect in plexus around the femoral vesses.There are anastomoses between the superficial and deep lymph vessels of the lower limb.
