THE MICROSURGICAL ANATOMY OF THE MEDIAL CUTANEOUS NERVE OF THE ARM

本文在21具(男16,女5)专供研究用的成年尸体上,对42例臂内侧皮神经的来源和分布.走行与静脉的关系.穿深筋膜的位置、分支的位置、长度、外径和神经束进行了解剖观察。该神经长度均值为153.57±7.73毫米。其起始处、中点和分支处的宽度和厚度分别为1.57±0.06和0.90±0.02、1.68±0.06和0.81±0.02、2.20±0.08和0.74±0.03毫米。神经束分别为1.88±0.13、2.14±0.12和3.14±0.12束。还讨论了该神经用作神经移植体的问题。

In 21 adult cadavers(male:16.female:5),we dissected and studied 42 medial cutaneous nerves of the arm.The origin,the distribution,the relation with veins,the position of nerve pentrating the deep fascia and nerve branching,the external diameters and the funicular numbers of the nerve were observed and measured.The average lengths of the nerves are 153.57±7.73mm.The widths and thicknesses at its origin,middle and branching point are 1.57±0.06 and 0.90±0.02mm.,1.68±0.06 and 0.81±0.02mm.,and 2.20±0.08 and 0.74±0.03mm.respectively.In this article,the clinical correlation of the medial cutaneous nerve of the arm used in nerve grafting is discussed.
