人类阑尾内淋巴组织的个体发生及其与免疫功能关系的探讨

THE ONTOGENCY OF THE LYMPHATIC TISSUE WITHIN THE APPENDIX OF THE HUMAN AND THE INQUIRY OF RELATION TO THE IMMUNE FUNCTION

本文研究了82例正常人胚胎、儿童和成人的阑尾内淋巴组织。取阑尾中段和部分同身肠系膜淋巴结做组织切片进行观察。结果表明在胚眙第16周以前的阑尾内尚未发现淋巴组织。第17—18周龄的阑尾内始出现猕散的淋巴细胞和淋巴滤泡。第28周龄以后的全部胎儿的阑尾内均出现淋巴滤泡。在胎儿期的阑尾内全部淋巴滤泡均无生发中心出现,而出生后,1岁以内淋巴滤泡中出现生发中心者占多数。阑尾壁内淋巴滤泡的位置在胎儿期和出生后均有所变化。文内并就阑尾内淋巴组织的发育情况与免疫功能的关系等作了讨论。

The lymphatic tissue of 82 cases of the normal appendix was researched in the foetus,children and adult.The middle segments of the appendix and the mesenteric lymph nodes of oneself were taken to be contrast observation,they were prepared by histological sections.The result is:the appendix of the foetus until the 16th week didn’t found any lymphatic tissue.In the 17th week to 18th week foetus,we found the scattered lymphocytes and lymphoid follicles within the appendix.There are 100%to appear lymphoid follicles after the 28th week foetus.The lymphoid follicles are no germinal centre appeared in the appendix of foetus,but after bearing the lymphoid follicles having the germinal centre is the most within one year infant.The position of the lymphoid follicles within the appendix has changed either the foetus or the after bearing.The condition of the development of the lymphatic tissue withim appendix and relation between it and immune function etc.were discussed.
