桡神经浅支的显微外科解剖

MICROSURGCAL ANATOMY OF SUPERFICIAL RADIAL NERVE

观察了15具成年尸体的30例桡神经浅支。桡神经浅支的深段、浅段和无损伤分离段的长度分别为139.67±3.56毫米、30.14±2.10毫米和43.77±2.93毫米,浅、深段共长170.04±4.33毫米。在深段中点、浅出处和分支处:前后经分别为0.71±0.04毫米、0.74±0.04毫米和0.81±0.06毫米;横径分别为2.07±0.11毫米、2.73±0.14毫米和3.21±0.13毫米;神经束分别为3.97±0.23束、4.47±0.32束和4.59±0.39束。桡神经浅支起始点的位置,80%在外上髁平面下方(5—30毫米)。讨论了桡神经浅支供作移植体的问题。

The superficial radial nerves(N=30)of 15 cadavers were studied.The length of the deep and superficial segments of the superficial radial netves average 139.67±3.56(±S.E)mm.and 30.14±2.10mm.respectively.At the midpoint of deep segment,the point of pass through the brachioradialis tendon and the point of bronching:The anterior-posterior dia-meters average 0.71±0.04mm,0.74±0.04mm and 0.81±0.06mm.respectively;The tran-sversal diameters average 2.07±0.11mm.2.73±0.14mm and 3.21±0.13mm.respectively;The number of funiculi average 3.97±0.23,4.47±0.32 and 4.59±0.39 respectively.The site of division of radial nerve below the lateral epicondyle of the humerus in 80%.The average destance from the point of pass through brachioradialis tendon and point of bronch-ing of superficial radial nerve to styloid process of radius are 88.23±3.11mm and 54.52±2.18mm.The clinical implical of superficial radial nerve graft were discussed.
