摘要
本文解剖310例尸休(最小胎龄第10周,最大80岁)、观察、测量阑尾的位置、长度、横径,并取70例中段阑尾做成组织切片,用显微测微器测其肌层厚度,管腔内径,观察结构上的年龄变化。得出结论是:婴幼儿期阑尾长度是体高的9/100,学龄前期,学龄期,青春期和成年期分别为8/100、7/100、5/100和4/100,到老年期仅为3/100。文内并从应用解剖方面对成人阑尾代尿道手术进行讨论。
310 cadavers(the range of whose age group was from 10 th week foetus to 80 years old adult)were dissected.The positions,lengths and calibre of the appendix had been carefully observed and measured.The middle segments of the 70 appendix was prepared for histological sections.The thickness of the muscle layer and internal diameter of tube were measured with a micrometer.The ageing changes had been observed.
