面神经传入纤维与脑干联系的实验形态学研究

摘要 本文用Fink-Heimer及Nauta-Gygax溃变纤维银浸法,结果如下:面神经传入纤维与脑干神经核的联系有:三叉神经脊束核,外侧楔核、前庭神经脊核、孤束核。面神经传入纤维与脑干网状结构的联系有:小细胞核、延髓中央核、旁巨细胞背侧核。本文研究结果对针麻原理的研究,提供了形态学基础。 The experimental animals were cats,and made into sections with Nauta-Gygax and Fink-Heimer silver impregnation methods.The following results were observed.The connections of afferent fibers of facial nerve with brain stem nuclei and reticular formation of brain stem are:1.Nucleus tractus spinalis trigemini,2.Nucleus cuneatus lateralis,3.Nucleus vestibularis spinalis,4.Nucleus parvocellularis,5.Nucleus medullae oblongata centralis(subnucleus dorsalis)6.Nucleus paragigantocellularis dorsalis.Such finding may provide us a farther morphological basis of acupuncture anesthesia.
