摘要
本文观察了体外培养新生大白鼠心肌细胞的形态学变化和搏动情况,测定了心肌细胞的电生理参数,结果与有关文献报道基本相同。搏动的细胞直径9-15μm,搏动频率17-220 BPM,保养7-12天时搏动情况最佳。记录了培养细胞电生理学特性的参数:RP(-mV)53±9,OS(mV)20±4,APN(mV)73±9,APD(mS)^(100)152±7,APD(mS)^(90)144±7,APD(mS)^(50)45±5,Vmax 40=31(10-105)。扼要讨论了观察和测定的结果。
On the basis of success in preparing cultured myocardial cells from neonatal rats,we made a preliminary observation and measurement on the changes of the cells in morphology,beating state and character of electrophysiology.The results of our experiments are much approximate in accordance with the relevant literature.The beating cells generally range from 9 to 15μm in size and the beating rate from 17-220 BPM.The best beating state appea-red in a period from the 7 th to 12 th days incubation.The particular indexes of the cultured myocytes were measured in our experiment.In addtion,we had a brief discussion on the ce-llular type,size and principle of contraction as well as electrophysiological indexes.
