桡骨近侧部裸区及其与桡神经深支的关系

THE BARE AREA OF THE PROXIMAL PORTION OF RADIUS AND ITS RELATION TO THE DEEP RADIAL NERVE

解剖了107侧成人上肢旋后肌区,发现由旋后肌浅、深两层肌束在桡骨抵止线之间形成的裸区出现率为63.6%,各裸区的最大宽度变动在1~9mm之间,长度则在7~44mm之间。裸区近侧端有一例高达桡骨粗隆上缘水平,距肱桡关节线16.5mm,下界最低者可达肱桡关节线下方82mm处。多数裸区(64.71%)低于桡骨粗隆水平。通行于旋后肌浅深两层间的桡神经深支与裸区的关系取决于:裸区形状、大小和位置,以及前臂旋后时桡神经深支向裸区侧的移动范围。

The supinator regions of 107 adult upper limbs were dissected.In 68 specimens(63.6%),bare bony areas were observed between the radial insertions of the superficial and deep layers of the supinator.Most bare area(64.71%)were located lower than the level of the radial tuberosity.The relationship between the bare area and the deep radial nerve depended on the shape,extent and position of the bare area as well as the moving range of the deep radial nerve gliding towards the bare area when the forearm supinated.
