大腿外上部皮瓣显微外科解剖学

THE SKIN FLAP OF THE LATERAL SUPERIOR PART OF THIGH

为了寻找游离皮瓣的新供区,以适应于皮瓣游离移植术的需要,我们在皮肤血管的研究中发现:在大腿外侧部由阔筋膜张肌后缘肌间隙浅出的皮动脉,具有出现率高,外径大、血管蒂长、位置恒定等优点,适合做大腿外上部皮瓣的动脉蒂。我们称该动脉为股外侧皮动脉。

Using 30 cases of fresh cadavers injected with the red latex and red lead,the runn-ing direction and distribution extent of lateral cutaneous artery of femoris was studied.1.The incidence of this artery is 100%and they are all coming from ascending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery.2.Lateral cutaneous artery of femoris is coming directly from the ascending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery.3.This artery can be divided into the ascending,the transverse and the descending branches after penet-rating the deep fascia.
