THE ORIGIN OF THE AFFERENT FIBERS TO THE VENTROMEDIAL NUCLEUS OF THE HYPOTHALAMUS

用电泳法将HRP导入大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核,标记神经元可见于:端脑的外侧隔核、Broca斜带核、杏仁核群和下脚;下丘脑的视前内侧核和外侧核、室旁核、视上核、环状核、乳头体内侧和外侧核及乳头体后核、丘脑的连合核、室旁核、室周灰质、背内侧核及束旁核;中脑中央灰质、中缝核、外侧臂旁核、兰斑及孤束核。

After small amount of HRP was delivered electrophoretically into the ventromedial nucleus of the hypothalamus,the HRP-labelled cells were found in the lateral septal nucleus,the diagonal band of Broca,the amygdaloid nuclei and the subiculum of the te-lencephalon,in the medial and lateral preoptic nucleus,the paraventricular nucleus,the supraoptic nucleus,the circular nucleus,the posterior mamillary nucleus,the lateral and medial mamillary nucleus of the hypothalamus,in the peuniens nucleus,the paraventri-cular nucleus,the periventricular gray substance,the dorsomedial nucleus and the para-fascicular nucleus of the thalamus,and in the central gray substance of the midbrain,the raphe nuclei,the locus cerus,the lateral parabrachial nucleus and the solitary nuc-leus of the brainstem.
