摘要
自体桥粒是桥粒的一种。它是由同一个细胞的两个不同部份的质膜所构成。在利用电镜研究人足月妊娠胎盘的超微结构时,我们发现,在合体细胞的自由表面及底部质膜有自体桥粒存在。Langhans细胞则不含有自体桥粒。有关胎盘内自体桥粒的来源及其重要性,仍有待进一步的研究。
Autodesmosomes is one kind of the desmosomes,it is formed from two different parts of plasma membrane in the same cell.Under EM we found that there are autodesmo-somes on the free surface and the basal plasma membrane of the syncytium of the chorio-nic villi in human placenta at term,but could not found it on the Langhans'cells.The origin and the significance of the autodesmosomes in human placenta remain obscure,
