国人坐骨大切迹的性差研究

Sexuel Differences of the Greater Sciatic Notch in Chinese

作者对114对成人髋骨的坐骨大切迹进行了观察。从外形上可把坐骨大切迹分成四型。男性中Ⅰ型的出现率最高(73.53%),Ⅲ型缺如;女性中Ⅲ型占26.09%。分别测量了男、女性坐骨大切迹最大宽(男54.41±0.41mm;女57.86±0.55mm),计算出最大宽后段长(男22.30±0.45mm;女25.06±0.69mm),后角(男60.52°±0.49;女56.86±0.73),上角(男68.65°±0.5;女74.39°±0.85),以上各值均有非常显著的性差(P<0.001)。

114 pairs adults hip bones(Male 68,Femal 46)were studied.Four types of Greater Scia-tic Notch(GSN)were identified based on morphology.In males the frequency of typeⅠwas the highest(73.5%).No typeⅢwas found.In females the frequency of typeⅢwas 26.09%,so this type may be considered as a typical type for females.The chief results from measurements and calculatiots are as follows:the greatest width of GSN was 54.41±0.41mm in male and 57.86±0.55mm in female.The length of the posterior segment of the greatest width of GSN was 22.3±0.45mm in male and 25.06±0.69mm in female.Posterior angle:60.52°±0.49 in male,56.86°±0.73 in female.Superior angle:68.65°±0.5 in male,74.39°±0.85 in female.The data listed above all marked with obvious sexuel differences(P 0.001)
