The Changes of the Iliocaecal Region with the Age in Human

本文解剖200具尸体(胚胎第10周至70岁)。观察了盲肠的位置、形态、回盲角、回盲口、盲肠的长度和宽度、回盲口的横径、盲肠的横径等年龄变化。文章还对临床回结型肠套叠钡灌肠复位和固定术提出了建议。

We have dissected 200 cadavers,the range of whose age groups was from 10th.week foe-tus to 70 years old adult.The objective of the study was to try to determine the changes of the iliocaecal region with age.Finally,this article discussed the question about the age in which the caecum begins to descend.the relations between the angle of the iliocaecum and the caecal descending,and the shape of the iliocaecal orifice is also analysed.According to our ma-terials,we offer some proposals concerning the iliocolonic intussusception reduced by a barium enema,and a surgical operation of fixation.
