大鼠口鼻部眶下神经末梢类型及其相应神经元胞体在半月状神经节内的分布

A STUDY OF NERVE-ENDINGS OF THE INFRAORBITAL NERVE IN THE ORONASAL SKIN AND THE LOCAION OF THE CORRESPONDING NEURONS IN THE SEMILUNAR GANGLION IN THE RAT

本文用镀银法观察了大白鼠眶下神经终末支在口鼻部皮肤内形成的神经末梢主要有四种:游离神经末梢、类触觉小体样末悄、终端膨大末梢和毛周末梢。同时用HRP逆行标记法可见到上述神经未的相应神经元胞体在半月状神经节内的分布,这些细胞大部分位于半月状神经节的内侧份,中份较少,外侧份偶见。细胞体多呈园或卵园形,直径15~50μm,其中直径为31~50μm的中型细胞占70%。

Four kinds of nerve-endings of the infraorbital nerve,such as the free nerve-ending,the Meissner's corpuscle-like ending,the expanded-terminal ending and the peritrichial ending,were investigated in the rat oronasal skin with silver impregnation method.Most of the HRP-labeled neurons corresponding to the endings mentioned above are located at the medial portion of the semilunar ganglion,fewer ones at its intermediate portion,and occassional ones at its ex-ternal portion.The labeled perikaryans are mainly round or ovoid in shape and range from 15 um to 50 um in size,among which 70%of them from 31 to 50 um.
