大鼠坐骨神经纤维对脊髓胶状质投射的节段和区域定位—酸性磷酸酶(ACP)法的研究(二) 被引量:2

摘要 本实验按照超神经节溃变机理,在捻挫大鼠坐骨神经之后,利用Gomori酸性磷酸酶改良法研究了坐骨神经纤维对脊髓胶状质的节段(纵)和区域(横)投射。本捻挫法之后,坐骨神经纤维对胶状质的投射节段,是L_(3)~S_(1)。在L_(3)段胶状质,投到最内侧一部、中间一部和最外侧一部;在L_(4、5)段,投到全部胶状质;在L_(6)段胶状质,投到内侧大部;在S_(1)段胶状质,投到最内侧一部及中间一部。捻挫法后ACP反应消失的节段和区域,不如神经切断法出现广泛,可能是由于部分纤维未受损或受损较轻的缘故。因此,认为此项研究以切断法为优。 The segmental and regional projections of the sciatic nerve to the substantia gelatinosa of the spinal cord in rats were studied with the acid phosphatase method.Experiments were car-ried on 17 rats.Under pentobarbital sodium anesthesia,left sciatic nerve was contused.Then,after a survival time of 5-12 days,the lumbosacral segments of the spinal cord were removed and sectioned.The frozen sections were incubated with the modified Gomori's method.Under condition of contusion,the projections of the sciatic nerve to the substantia gela-tinosa(SG)were found in L_(3)-S_(1).In the segment L_(3),the projections of the sciatic nerve were found in the most medial,the intermediate and the most lateral parts of SG.In the segments L_(4.5),in entire SG.In segment L_(6),were found in medial part of SG.In the segment S_(1),were found in the medial and interme-diate parts.In comparison with method of section,the segments and regions of ACP disappearance result from contusion are not extensive.
