摘要
本文介绍一种简便可靠单亲无核的细胞融合技术:其融合率和杂交细胞成活和纯度均达实验要求。这种杂交细胞能在体外试管中繁殖和传代(BWXR)巳传40几代,而且部分细胞仍能连续表达合成基因产物(血红蛋白),为基团表达调控和诱导肿瘤细胞向正常方向分化的研究提供一种有效的新方法技术,文中对网质红细胞诱发率及细胞融合等进行讨论。
In this paper,a simple and reliable technique of fusion of single parent anucleate cells is established.This technique gives experimental result of the rate of cell fusion and the survival and the purity of cybrids.The cybrids cad noly reproduce and generate in vitro(It has been reptoduced over fourty generations.)but most of them can still express heamoglobin gene.All these result have provided a new technique of normal direction of differentiation for further study of the gene expression and decancerization of the tumor cells.The rate of inducement of reticulocytes and the rate of cell fusion are discussed.
