三叉神经内部结构的定位研究之一——下颌神经部分

摘要 用解剖的方法研究了20例下颌神经的内部结构。根据神经干结构上的特点,采用神经纤维集束分离追溯的方法,确定下颌神经五个主要感觉支在半月节上的投射区域。探讨了在神经干内束丛中进行定位的方法。在临床上用射频热凝方法治疗原发性三叉神经痛时,半月节上的躯体定位资料对于治疗电极尖端的定位与提高疗效防止并发症的发生有参考意义。 According to the characteristics of the internal structures of the mandibular nerve,it puts forward the concept of fibres aggregate bundle(FAB)of branches.Through the study of mandibular nerves of 20 adult cadavers by means of dissecting and tracing FAB under operative microscope,we found the projecting areas of five primary sensory branches of the mandibular nerve on the surface of the semilunar ganglion.A method of the research on the location in funicular plexus is then disussed.The data of the somatotopical organization on the surface of the semilunar ganglion are of clinical significance in the location of the tip of a electrode and in the prvention of a complication during the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by the ragiofrequency thermocoagulation on the semilunar ganglion.
