股后部皮瓣的应用解剖研究

A STUDY ON THE APPLIED ANATOMY OF THE POSTERIOR FEMORAL FLAP

本文对30例股后部皮瓣的血管和神经分布进行了解剖学研究。发现股后部皮瓣具有多来源的动脉血供和丰富的动脉吻合,其中穿动脉的股后皮支是主要的供血动脉。各穿动脉股后皮支较规律地沿股二头肌的外侧缘自上而下显露于皮下,然后从不同平面进入皮肤。穿动脉股后皮支以显露于股后部皮瓣第二段的最为恒定,供血范围约20×10厘米。此部还有股后皮神经分布,是一处血管、神经条件较好的供皮区。

In this paper we studied the vessels and innervation of the posterior femoral flap on 15 adult cadavers.There are many arteries and abundan anastomosis to supply the flap.The posterior femoral cutaneous branches of perforating arteries are the main vessels which nourish the flap.The cutaneous branches run along the lateral boder of the biceps femoris.The arteries in the second segment of posterior femoral region are the most constant vessels.The flap of this region is innervated by the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve.It is a suitable donor site for free flap grafting and the optimal dimension is 20×10 cm^(2).
