摘要
本文用75例朝鲜族的离体心脏,观测了二尖瓣,讨论了不同民族的二尖瓣及其临床意义。二尖瓣环周长男87.62mm,女79.02mm,环的面积平均为613.8mm^(2)。前瓣高度男19.92mm,女17.70mm,面积男567.0mm^(2),女561.2mm^(2)。后瓣高度男12.63mm,女10.24mm,面积男519.8mm^(2),女518.6mm^(2)。前后瓣附着缘的宽度为2:3,游离缘的长度比例为4:5。瓣膜连合区高度1.9~9.6mm。二尖瓣分为三种类型。
We observed and measured mitral valves of the normal heart in 75 cadavers of Korean nationality.The shapes of the ualve in different nationality and its clinical significance were discussed.The perimeter of the mitral valve's ring is 87.62mm in the male and 79.02mm in the female,and its average size is 613.80mm^(2).The height of cuspis anterior is 19.92mm in the male and 17.70mm in the female,while its size is 567.0mm^(2)and 561.2mm^(2)respectively.The height of cuspis posterior is 12.63mm in the male and 10.24mm in the female,and its size is 519.8mm^(2)and 518.6mm^(2).The adherent fringe width of the cuspis anterior and the cuspis posterior is in the ratio of 2 to 3 and the length is in the ratio of 4 to 5.The height of united region of mitral valve is 1.9~9.6mm.The mitral valves may be classified into three types.
