摘要
本实验采用HRP逆行追踪法,对15只成年家兔的正中神经、桡神经和尺神经内躯体传入和传出纤维来源的节段分布进行了实验研究。结果表明,三组动物的脊神经节和脊髓灰质中,标记细胞的节段分布似有一定规律。本文从功能和个体发生的角度对这些规律作了简要的讨论。
The segmental distribution of the origin of the somatic afferent and efferent fibers in the median nerve,radial nerve and ulnar nerve was studied respectively in 15 adult rabbits by the method of retrograde axonal transport of horseradish peroxidase.The result showed that the segmental arrangement of the somatic afferent efferent fibers to these nerves were consecutive from cranial to caudal,that the quantity of the labeled cells in the different segments was not equal but the most labeled cells distributed concentrately in two or three segments and that the segmental distribution of the origin of the somatic afferent fibers did not absolutely conform with that of the somatic efferent fibers,as was true in some spinal nerves at least.It was notable that although the segmental distribution of the origin of the somatic fibers in the three nerves might be different from each other,their concentrative regions,on the whole,were in G_(7)-T_(1)segments.
