摘要
本实验用免疫酶标间接方法,对三只豚鼠的脑切片进行标记,观察下丘脑内亮氨酸脑啡肽和甲硫氨酸脑啡肽的定位。在视上核区见到神经元的核周质、神经纤维和末梢与抗亮氨酸脑啡肽血清发生免疫酶标反应,但与甲硫氨酸脑啡肽抗血清不发生反应,或仅发生微弱反应。室旁核、腹内侧核、弓状核,结节核以及乳头复合体的神经元胞体均能与两种抗脑啡肽血清发生免疫酶标反应。在中隆部第三脑室底部两侧和腹面,看到脑啡肽样免疫反应的脑室膜伸展细胞体和其相连接的突起(tanycytes)。垂体前叶内也有部分细胞被标记。
Using the indirect immunoenzyme-labelling antibody method,we studied the distribution of leueine-enkephalin-like and methionine-enkephalin-like immunorea-dtivity in the hypothalamus of guinea-pigs.we found that in the perikarya and axons of the neurons in the supraoptic nucleus,there were immuno-enzyme-labelling reactivity with the anti-leucine-enkephalin serum,but not or slightly with the anti-methionine-inkephalin serum.In the nuclei paraventricularis,ventromedialis,areu-atus,tubero-infundibularis as well as in the mamillary complex,most neurons in these nuclei showed positive immuno-enzymem labeling reactivity with both anti-enke-phalin sera in cell bodies and some fibers,In the median eminence region,at the base of the third ventricle,enkephalin-like immunoreactivity was found in the cell bodies and processes of tanycytes.Part of cells in the adenohypophysis had also been labelled.
