摘要
细胞无丝分裂早已为生物学界所熟知,并公认无丝分裂的过程依次是:核仁先分裂为二,核膜随着从中央下陷,拉长逐渐分开,细胞质在核裂的同时以相同方式分裂,最后终于形成两个新细胞。这些知识已被相差显微镜观察组织培养活细胞的材料所证实[1]。
