摘要
电针“足三里”穴引起肾小体过滤膜通透性增强,表现为毛细血管内皮小孔轻度扩张、基膜增厚、密度变浅。但足细胞裂孔直径未改变,同时,肾小管机能活性升高。近端与远端小管曲部上皮微绒毛加长、顶端小泡及溶酶体数目增多、基底皱褶伸长。近小球体细胞合成肾素的机能亦增加。总之,针刺后肾脏的过滤、重吸收、排泄及分泌功能均加强。本文还探讨了针刺镇痛与肾超微结构变化之间的相互关系、联系方式及其机能调整等问题。
The purpose of this study was for observing the changes of the ultrastructure of kidney after the acupuncture.The results of this experiment were as follows:The diameters of pores of glomerular fenestrated endothelium were slightly increased and the basement membrane became less dense.The nucleus with prominent nucleolus was enlarged in podocytes.The primary processes contained more numerous microtubules,microfilaments and mitochondria.The microfilaments accumulated into bundles and extended to the basement membrane.But the filtrationslit membrane between secondary processes were not changed.The above changes suggest that the permeability of glomerulus were prominent enhanced.The number of the vesicles and tubules were increased in apical cytoplasm and basal infolds in the proximal convoluted tubules.In the distal convoluted tubules there were abundance free ribosomes and enlarged cisternae between the basal infolds.These changes suggest that the resorption of the tubules was enhanced.The collecting tubules also showed some microinfolds,vacuoles and large amount of free ribosomes.The juxtaglomerular cells contained more secretory granules of various sizes and a well developed Golgi apparatus.The results of this research suggested that acupuncture might promote the function of kidney.
