猪苓多糖和氢化考的松对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用——细胞化学研究

THE EFFECTS OF AN EXTRACT FROM ZHU-LING AND HYDROCORTISONE ACETATE ON PERITONEAL MACROPHAGES IN MICE

小鼠注射猪苓多糖和氢化考的松7天后,取其腹腔巨噬细胞,进行细胞化学的定性及定位;并用MPV-2型显微分光光度计进行定量研究。发现应用氢化考的松后,细胞内的AcPase、ATPase和ANAE活性下降,多糖含量减少。注射猪苓多糖以后,ATPase、AcPase和ANAE活性增强,多糖含量显著增多。猪苓多糖和氢化考的松同时注射,酶活性及多糖含量与对照组无明显区别。

An extract(Polysaccharide)from Zhu-Ling(Polyporus umbellatus)and hydro-cortisone acetate were injected into mice for seven days in the experiment.Peritoneal macrophages were taken out for cytochemical analysis.The results were quantified with MPV-2 microspectro-photometer.It was found that the activity of AePase,ATPase and ANAE and the content of polysaccharide were reduced after injection with hydrocortisone acetate;that the activity of AcPase,ATPase and ANAE and the content of polysaccharide were enhanced after injection with the extract from Zhu-Ling;and that the hydrocortisone acetate and the extract from Zhu-Ling were injected into mice at the same time,the activity of enzymes and the content of polysaccharide were similar to the control group.
