摘要
本文对经免疫荧光证明为流行性出血热抗原阳性的黑线姬鼠肺泡Ⅱ型细胞及表面活性物质进行了电镜观察。以抗原阴性的黑线姬鼠,实验室的大、小白鼠的肺组织作为对照。在上述所有的肺组织的肺泡腔面,均可发现髓膜样结构及指纹状结构。后者由髓管组成,其横断面呈晶格状,类似病毒颗粒,与Lee在1978年报道的流行性出血热的病毒样颗粒,几乎一致。本研究描述了由髓膜样结构发展为指纹状结构及肺泡Ⅱ型细胞中,多板层小体发展为髓膜样结构的过程。在肺泡Ⅱ型细胞中尚观察到由线粒体发展为多板层小体的多种过渡形态。
A viral etiology of epidemic hemorrhagic fever has been considered by many researchers,but virus isolation attempts were unsuccessful.In the year 1978,H.W.Lee reported that the round virus-like particles had been observed at the cytoplasma of pulmonary epithelial cell at Apodemus where the etiologic antigen of Korean hemorrhagic fever was demontrated.This study was undertaken to look for virus-like particles in the lung tissue of Apodemus where the antigen of Chinese hemorrhagic fever was demonstrated.Simultaneously the lungs of Apodemus without this antigen,and the lung of mice and rats which were fed in experimental laboratory were examined.In surfactant of alveolar surface of all lungs observed,some finger-print figures,could be seen,This structures were composed of tubular myelin whose cross section looked like virus particles in crystalline array,Comparing the morphological feature and the location,the virus-like particles described by Lee and the finger-print figure found here are actually the same Structures.In alveolar space,there also were many myelin-sheet bodies among the tubular myelins.There they expanded and dislocated.All material arising there from were rearranged to form myelin sheets in irregular order,network made of myelin sheets,and tubular myelin-finger print figure.Additionally,some multilamellar bodies that were released into alveolar lumen with merocrine secretion could be invested by alveolar macrophage.The sequence showing the development of multilamellar body from mitochondria has been recognized in the cytoplasm o typeⅡalveolar cells.
