摘要
将HRP注射于猫三叉神经尾侧亚核(Vc),观察了该神经感觉核簇各段的标记细胞和标记纤维终末分支;并用ARG法配合观察了Vc向上位各段的投射。核簇上位各段都出现了标记细胞,数量顺序为Vo>Vj>Vp>Vmes。Vo、Vi、Vp中标记细胞多为中、小型,是核簇内下行投射的起源细胞,应属于中间神经元类型。Vmes中主要是假单极样的大细胞,应属于初级感觉神经元。顺向标记的纤维终末分支,散在分布于核簇上位各段,是Vc发出的核内上行投射。它们不仅分布于各段未标记的细胞周围,也分布在一些标记细胞的周围,本文认为这是一种直接的往返联系。标记的终末分支出现在各段的数量顺序是Vi>Vp>Vo>Vmes。
The subnucleus caudalis of the spinal trigeminal nucleus of cat was injected with HRP,and the labeled cells,fibers,and terminal branches were examined in various parts of the trigeminal sensory nuclear complex.Autoradiographic technique was also used to confirm the projection from Vc to the upper parts of the nuclear complex.It was found that labeled cells appeared in every part of the nuclear complex.The relation among the numbers of labeled cells in various parts was Vo>Vi>Vp>Vmes.The labeled cells were mainly middle-or small-sized,being cells of origin,of the intranuclear descending projection,and belonging to the category of interneuron.Labeled cells were also observed in the mesencephalic nucleus of V,they were mainly large,pseudomonopolar-like cells,resembling primary sensory neurons.The fibers and fiber terminal arborizations were labeled by HRP through orthograde axoplasmic transport.These labeled structures appeared diffusely in various parts of the nuclear complex.They were different in density in different parts of the nuclear complex,and in transverse sections they were also distributed unevenly.Being projected upward from Vc,they were distributed not only around unlabeled cells,but also around labeled cells,which might indicate a direct feedback to the descending projection.The order of the amounts of them in various parts was Vi>Vp>Vo>Vmes,
